Project:
Improve the performance of the hotel search result pages in order to reduce abandonment, increase monetization and better communicate the company’s value proposition.

Solution:
The hotel search result pages improvement was approached simultaneously with the flight search result pages project. The major focus of the hotel cards was to display the data in an intuitive and easy to read format. At the same time unique SideStep data was included. The final design of the cards was narrower which shortened the overall page.

Tests demonstrated a preference in the new user experience, and drastic improvement in the page performance and abandonment decrease.
